OMG just been updating mortgage account and I had noticed the further advance we took earlier in the year has been going up and up, it turns out they have asked for one amount by standing order and they havent split it at their end so they have kept adding interest but not taking any payments. 27mins on the phone and I have finally got through to them they set this up not me, I will at the very least be expecting some interest refunded as this bit has the highest interest rate. I am told they will contact me in 7 days but they guy I spoke to agreed they had done this wrong
    All banks look OK

unbelievable:eek::eek::eek::eek:..wonder how many other people they are doing it too
  • Good job you looked into this. Before your lbm would you have bothered?
