Yep custardy, that is my local office (only just noticed this post again.) Since the 0845 numbers were introduced I've not been able to get an answer on the number you've given. Though they were pretty useless before.

Well, almost 2 weeks now & still not got my parcel.

Actually managed to get hold of some one at local office but they said there is no parcel there for me:cry:

Where has it gone? It states on the card & website they keep it for 3 weeks (1 week if recorded), or is that also subject to goodwill like arranging a redelivery.:(

Having just watched Dispatches I now wonder if I will ever see my parcel? Find out what it is? or who sent it? and will I ever get a reply to my email?

Having watched that dispatches, i reckon your parcel has been nicked, and i doubt now you will get it. :(
    Owed out = lots.
  • Still not got it, now they are saying that it has either been Collected in person (which it hasn't) or redelivered (which it hasn't either).:mad::mad:

They won't admit they've lost it :( or allowed it to have been stolen:(

The 3 weeks are nearly up now:think: so next they will no doubt say it has been returned to sender:mad:

oh no,i have been summarily dismissed
officially its due to my sick record(supported by medical records with an eye problem that just requires time to heal)
unofficially a great way to clear out a full timer as the new budget is being planned
i 'just' tripped a stage 2 and then stage 3

I'm sorry to hear about your job custardy, and wish you well for the future. I don't suppose your union (GMB?) have been any help have they? Unions are pretty much all management yes men these days.

    theres little they can do
i can follow the stages, appeal etc but its down to the system
i actually lodged my letter stating i want to appeal 3 working days after being notified of dismissal
4 weeks later i have heard nothing,so you see how the management work
in that 4 weeks i have been hassled, blanked and generally given a rough ride
i was also told i had to take my holidays before leaving,i have put the holiday form in but again have had no written confirmation back
i finish on a half day this Saturday (5.5 days holiday to take)
