    So, the OP is expecting his bank to undertake what he is unwilling or unable to do for himself - manage his own account, his money and his spending :eek:

    I'd provide that service for him, £200 per month plus expenses.

    Me too - but hardly surprising in such a long-winded rant. Part-way through I got the impression that it was actually the text of a letter/email to Nat West or the Ombudsman that got sent to the wrong place, but then it changed style again. Very odd.
