Well, anybody who thinks it wasn't worth it should take a look at themselves and consider why they put so much effort into getting a £5 freebie (actually you can get some of the albums on CD for less in Tesco's bargain bins!) (eg. Simon & Garfunkel's Greatest for £3).
Me, I'm just a !!!!!!!!!! with time on my hands, so I'm satisfied.
I'm not sure it'll make me buy anything though, but that's because I'm allergic to spending money on downloads.0 -
I put the effort in because after wasting X hours trying to get one in the first place, I was damned if I was going to give up. It became more about the principal and less about the download TBH.:smileyhea0

I'm not happy at all.
Originally this was for top 40 albums. I was one of the lucky one's (or was I) to get an album.
Just looked at the choice of albums on offer now and words cannot describe what I thought. Clearly they aren't top 40 albums.
I think this is just one big scam to get people's email addresses and a thanks for this is a crappy £2.50 album
Whats that all about?0 -

My oh got sent an email with a code on it and the album choice is terrible now. The one he wanted to get is no longer on the website. It seems like a lot of them have been replaced with really old albums. Bit annoying that they have done that- its not like they can run out of the albums or anything! Seems like tunetribe are out to P people off!0 -
Isnt that false advertising? I would e-mail them stating this and telling them that you want what they originally advertised. See what they say. They are getting enough bad PR at the moment so perhaps they will honour it.:smileyhea0

oh my bad, it is on the site for £4.99 but it says 'voucher not eligable' when you try to apply it, pressumably because its not on the album offer page.
OH might give them an email, although i dont know if it counts as false advertising if its free? but yeah, they have enough bad PR as it is0 -
well after spending ages trying to download an album I sent the email. Have not had a reply, so presume I haven't got a free download. Funny thing is out of the 5 of us who I know applied, not one of us have had an email. I shall not be using Tunetribe in the future - even if they are the cheapest - massive own goal. I hate poor customer service and Tunetribe have that in spades.0

I tried for ages to, even put my email address down, about 5 mins after the notice came up, to be honest I wouldn't use them again anyway, think i'll just stick to Tesco, Amazon or Itunes, at least you get what ya pay for!0

I was trying for so long- managed to get to the checkout but I wasn't able to download the album. I then sent them an e-mail but wasn't sent a code - so i'm predicting I missed out on this just like many others.0
