Free Album download on Tunechecker?

If you completed checkout then you will be able to download the album for free now. if the site broke during checkout then you won't.

Hooray, I was the original poster, so have been in it for the long haul...but eventually got the album i wanted....good luck to the rest of you, I must say the choice is not as good as the first time around!

I have received a code - but yes the album listing has changed significantly - how many of the albums on the original list - I think on Page 2 of this thread are now on the new offer?

Good news - just received my free album code . Not so great news is that the list of albums is drastically reduced & 99.9% rubbish. Even worse news is that, to buy, you have to register & activate your account..... & you can't. Registration went fine & I received an immediate email with activation link. BUT ACTIVATION LINK IS BROKEN - regardless of whether I click on hyperlink or copy-&-paste, I just get an error message saying that the page doesn't exist. Nice one, TuneTribe!!!

I'm with Cabbagewhite - can't stand poor customer service.

ive emailed tunetribe to ask why they have changed the albums. Will post when i get a reply.

I received an e-mail asking me to activate my account and a confirmation e-mail a few days ago but since then, nothing.

Neither an e-mail saying I do or do not get a free album...

I find it strange that Tune Tribe have changed the albums on offer and sounds very unfair.

And that is why some or most of us download free albums illegally without paying a penny from all available sites such.:)

I got that and clicked the "send another confirmation" link and second one worked fine. Load of rubbish on there now though, I would'nt bother

Spora - wouldn't hold your breath for a reply from TT. TuneTribe - I challenge you to answer on this forum WHY - as a result of YOUR ****-up - you needed to change the offer from 100 albums which included lots of cool stuff to a much smaller number which was almost all rubbish. As someone else pointed out - it's not like they're CDs that you can run out of.
And, TT, I just want to share this with you. When I next download an album, I will choose to pay more if I need to to avoid your site. THAT's how sucessful this marketing ploy of yours has been!! :mad:
