If that is a genuine comment from a genuine poster:

    1) It's a real shame you made some abusive comments previously when you can make sensible points.

    2) MSE staff continue to use huge numbers of multiple IDs to distort the balance of threads (to be fair, at least they are balanced - they do the same on other forums too!!)

    This is getting rather tedius.

I've managed to sign in to Tunetribe! I'm finally downloading my album?

How do I add it to itunes? It only shows if I play each song. I think I'm doing it all wrong?

  • I wish I had time to roam the internet and post in numerous disguises, luckily my day is taken up with researching, updating articles and putting together the weekly email (and harrassing tunetribe to sort out problems) amongst other things.

    Hi all,

Over 15,000 emails have been received and the offer is now closed. If you were lucky enough to get a code and your free album before but didn't download it you should now be able to do this as the site is back up and running.

If you emailed to get your code they will be sent out from Wednesday evening so keep an eye out!

    Thanks

I'm afraid that the problem with having multiple IDs to troll critics with is that it is hard to remember what posting style you are supposed to be using. Perhaps if you looked back through your posts in this thread, you could be more consistent in the future? ;)
Just to clarify (and assuage your paranoia), I am an ordinary member of this forum, I only have one account, I have no association with MSE in any other capacity than being a member of this forum, I have no financial or business association or any other arrangement with either MSE nor any of its owners.
I came to this particular thread because I saw it in the freebies section, and I wanted a free album (well, it's free, isn't it?); I did the request and I got the free album (yes, there was some difficulty but the issues were genuine and I believe have been resolved).
In terms of my style, I do react to posts, and I don't like yours (or you, TBH ;)).
If you would like to discuss it face to face, I live in Berkshire, UK.

Once it's downloaded, the file should appear in a window and you should be able to just literally drag and drop into you iTunes library or the itunes folder in your documents.

You may have to extract the folder from the ZIP archive first - (you can do this by (i) double-clicking the ZIP file, (ii) dragging the folder it contains onto your desktop, (iii) dragging that folder into iTunes and dropping it into Library->Music on the left-hand side).

The downloader doesn't seem to work in Firefox - it failed twice and the third time downloaded a corrupted zip folder. Tried in Internet Explorer and it worked first time.

It's good to know that their site doesn't support a secure web browser than 25% of internet users use.

I downloaded mine with Firefox, and it was just like a normal file (no special downloader software).
