*will not look at clothes, will not look at clothes*

I'm going to Mr S's, to get bread and ciggies and juice and see if I can wean myself off the Diet Coke. Ames, I went in the shop and all they had was a 16, but there was no way I was letting it go! I also ordered the shoe boots, so my calves won't be a problem. I'm sure you'll get yours down soon enough. Anyone want anything at the shop?

I do it all because I'm scared.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Pap I wear these all the time and I have huge wide feet :D:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Your toes will grip in the end but you have to be sure to get them not too long or they just fall off! For reference I walk about 6 miles a day in mine (and why I cant wear heels very often) :D

Thanks Becky, I think those are going to be the nearest 'party' shoes you will ever get me in :rotfl: I have actaully walked around in them and they feel just fine, stairs are a little tricky but on the whole they will do :T I am a size 5 normally and my toes are all but covered with the shoe. I think if I brought a size 4 they would never fit! I am wearing tights which should help with the grip, its not as if we 'should' be doing anything adventurous in them :rotfl: Thanks for removing my fears I dont think I can afford anything else :o

Pap - I thought you put your views accross very well on that thread btw :)

I havent joined in because there seem to be a lot of people who dont want children feeling the need to defend their decisions (not you!) and I'd rather not get put in with that - I dont want any and thats the end of it as far as I am concerned. What other people want and do is up to them :D
