**Hump Day Daily Chat****3rd Feb

Morning all...

I have gone from not being able to sleep to sleeping for England. I fell asleep during Eastenders last night. But its good sleep not exhausted sleep like I used to feel.

Busy day today - into the office to pick up some work and have a chat with the other girlies....then off to gym and then got to do some housework.

Have stuck lentils into the slow cooker and am going to have lentils in tikka masala sauce for tea tonight...nom nom

And thats my day...How is everyone else. :grouphug:

  • Morning sammy (and all who follow),

I was a bit of a naughty girl a while back (@ Lenny and Z - Don't! :D ) and have to go have a telling off today about not paying attention to red lights. (I missed it by 1.2 secs, apparently). Oh well, beats getting points. Besides, I'm a student, I'm used to zoning out long lectures. :rotfl: Anyway, best get a move on, I'm still in my dressing gown. Talk later.

I've PMed fermi, they should be able to merge them. I'm off now, about an hour early but with my directional sense, that might be necessary. :rotfl:

hi all - knack'd from teaching last night. Went well and not only had an observation for my teaching qual. but a second observer turned up to do my annual unannounced observation. I am keeping my fingers crossed for a good grade as it was a really good session.

Invigilating tonight so although I finish at 5, I have to set up at 5.45 and the exam goes on until 8.45 so another long day. It's a computer exam.......please let the computers and printers all work, there's no back up at that time of night if something goes wrong _pale_

Any lurkers from Poole hear all those weird bangs last night? Like something really heavy being thrown in a skip every 10 minutes or so really late? I'm guessing it was testing at the oil farm out in the harbour but they were loud and they are talking about what it could have been on the radio this morning.

Good morning all. Don't have much to say but felt like joining in today, rather than just reading. Just off to have brekkie - back soon.

  • Morning all.
Very frosty here - amazing as it was tipping it down when I went to bed.
Got a friend from church coming at 10am - better hit the shower.
Then round to Mum's for lunch maybe and a service sheet to do this afternoon.
