Why do days off tick by so very quickly! Feel like I still have a million and one things to do and no time to do it in. Hope everyone is having a good day :)

Try writing them down on a list, feels great crossing things off as they get done :T

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

See this is why I NEVER weigh myself, it's no good for you.

Go by how you feel and how your clothes fit.
That feeling of utter failure as you step on the scales and get a higher weight than you anticipated can totally destroy your willpower, confidence and all good feeling about how you've eaten.

BEING FIT & HEALTHY AND BEING THIN ARE 2 VERY DIFFERENT THINGS - I KNOW WHICH I PREFER! ...although it took me many years to distinguish between the two!

That's the reason though Linda, I've put on 1st in the past two months and I've not been eating that much more. So the past couple of weeks I've been good and now I've put on another 3lbs. It doesn't make sense.
    I feel fat and disgusting.

Ok I have emerged from bed. Put some washing on. Tired now.

LMC, an ex of mine used to do similar things in his sleep, didn't hit himself but lots of talking and doing things, I used to wake up to find him acting out building shelves, looking for things that had 'fallen down the middle of the bed' and one night standing naked at the window with the curtains open, apparently waiting for his brother to arrive :rotfl:

They've been testing me for it on and off for years. They said it's hard to tell in people my age because the bloods don't always show it.

I have been, I'm not eating more than I should be (going by WW because my mum has all the stuff here).

    morning all

Have been for a wet and soggy run but feel good now Ive had a shower. Am on a mission today to get house ship shape :)

Hoovered, tidied bits away that people leave lying around
Sorted B's toy chest out and chucked loads of carp, sorted all the pens, pencils and crayons and even got the pencil sharpener out so they are all useable :) Just need to find some jars and cover them so I can use them to store them all in. Have printed loads of numeracy bits off and shall be sticking them up in her corner.
Supper is out the freezer, white washing is on and next is washing the kitchen floor.

Bun thats carpy that OH doesn't want you to do that run thing :(
