Try writing them down on a list, feels great crossing things off as they get done :T

Go by how you feel and how your clothes fit.
That feeling of utter failure as you step on the scales and get a higher weight than you anticipated can totally destroy your willpower, confidence and all good feeling about how you've eaten.
BEING FIT & HEALTHY AND BEING THIN ARE 2 VERY DIFFERENT THINGS - I KNOW WHICH I PREFER! ...although it took me many years to distinguish between the two!

That's the reason though Linda, I've put on 1st in the past two months and I've not been eating that much more. So the past couple of weeks I've been good and now I've put on another 3lbs. It doesn't make sense.

Ok I have emerged from bed. Put some washing on. Tired now.
LMC, an ex of mine used to do similar things in his sleep, didn't hit himself but lots of talking and doing things, I used to wake up to find him acting out building shelves, looking for things that had 'fallen down the middle of the bed' and one night standing naked at the window with the curtains open, apparently waiting for his brother to arrive :rotfl:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

They've been testing me for it on and off for years. They said it's hard to tell in people my age because the bloods don't always show it.littlemisschocolate wrote: »Gemmzie - you're a beautiful woman. Have you thought about keeping a food diary?
