Help stop OSPS and e2save/RM

I sent a CB claim to OSPS in November last year by guaranteed next day 1pm del. Checked a few days later and the RM web Site confirmed it had been delivered the day after they promised. I played hardball with the RM who at first refused to refund the cost. I threatened legal action and they paid up - sent me a cheque! So they can when they want to.
When my CB chq did not arrive after 28 days I emailed OSPS who claimed not to have received it.
Once again I played hardball and they paid up.
