I have put on half a stone since being on holiday - I need to lose it again quickly for my next holiday

Glad FWB1 is behaving - I think I'd take my own breakfast with me, I don't trust men to think of providing what I'd want.

I need to give my 'Turkish guy with a boat' a name so you will all know who I talking about. Can't call him an FWB, as being so far away, the benefits would be few! I think I'll call him Beau, B for boy and boat - on the water (eau)

I think I am going to have to learn Turkish fast if today's 'conversation' on facebook is anything to go by.

I did recognise 'seni seviyorum', for most other things I had to use google translate - oh Beau, what have I done!

Breakfasts -hmmm that means you were hopefully having a good time the night before???;) he ought to treat you to a cafe breakfast if his cupboard is bare.

I think we're all in the same boat in regards to weight. On the subject of boats FR. what does that phrase mean?

We were mostly in a group just laughing at each others antics, my friends were drinking most of the time. I am sure Beau is more confident in speaking English than writing it, though he didn't really say much.

Examples I remember

Is it ok if I have a beer?
Come sit on the boat
No, stay longer
Come to boat at 10 in morning

Most communication was non-verbal, he held my hand or had his arm around me, and even kissed me quite openly.

With reference to weight, he moved my chips away - pinched my middle and said 'too much'!

And seni seviyorum means I love you!

I started doing some de-cluttering yesterday. The place I spend a lot of time on MSE is the Special Occasions forums and for years I was following the challenges as well as the systems on some American sites, everything became very complicated. So I went through all my printed sheets and wrote out the info that is relevant to me now, and binned the rest. I can't believe I threw it all out.

Because I have been looking through my 2010 diary with my SO info and expenses for all of this, I've realised it's a good opportunity to get on with some of the calculations needed for the financial form I'm supposed to be filling in.

I haven't bought anything unnecessary for a few weeks more by accident than me being good.

There are long bench cushions when boat is going out, they are likely to be stacked at the other end on this photo

And yes, I am going back to the same place, this time on my own and the 2 women I went with and another of their friends are going out 11 days after me - this time with no children

It doesn't matter if your spends are lessened accidently - it's all good. I have not spent much since I got back, except had to get some printer ink - so expensive, would be cheaper to get a new printer that takes less expensive ink
