    Hi girlies :)

I really need to start being more active on here again. Not only do I miss the chitter chatter, but I always felt I was better with my money when I had you ladies to explain myself to at the end of the day lol. So here goes - I somehow, have managed to spend an awful lot of my wages, awfully early in the month, I still have "spending money" which works out at £13 per day, plus savings etc, but its my birthday this month so I want to have enough to have a good time over my birthday :) This £13 is plus dinner and bus money.

I have paid pretty much everything I need to pay out. Brought a Christening bangle, have dinner money and bus fare money in seperate little pockets, phone bill, board, half my holiday paid etc. So not like I am commited to anything I need to find.

I brought my stunning lace Blazer yesterday - this is something i've wanted for ages... how funny is this, I am a size 16-18 at the moment, but in jackets in RI im a 12 :S and I thought Yay you've done good, you've come shopping and only brought A: what you really wanted B: what you could easily afford.. then I went into Next.. and spent £20 on some shoes.. that i DIDN'T need! So I think im going town later.. there going back :) But also how lovely is it, when you've wanted something for ages and you have no guilt in buying it :):D

I have been having the odd (very rare!) no spend day whilst @ work, but I really need to improve on this. My plan this week.. and I choose to accept it! :)

My desk at work is VERY safe, so my plan is to discretly put £10 hidden in my draw. This money, is my weekly allowance, for any food I want to buy, the odd chocolate bar and for my 15p drinks machine round money. Once its gone its gone.

So, I shall now start writing all my spending down again :) And I shall start putting my daily rants/moans/celebrations back on here as it really did help me cut the spends down.

I also have £150 to save up by end of July. For my Holiday, I have set myself a mini challange, this Holiday (Including my spending money!!) has to be paid for with either commision @ work or saves. So as I cannot budget to include Commisions ... I need out of my £13 per day, to tin £2.50 :) from end of July, I need £300 for my Holiday spends, this will include getting my hair done before I go, a treat (Im a big kid lol) at the airport and to have enough money to basically live like a princess out there! lol. So thats another £2.60 a day from July..

So... *Empties her purse* Ok so £50 - my challange is.... to make this last me as long as humanly possible. I shall remove all my debit cards from my purse, and if the money is gone before Friday, then tough, I have no spends :) I am off on Friday, and me and my new (Kind of) fella are going out for the day, so in an ideal world I would still have £30 of that left to go towards it :)

Anyway... enough of my rambeling! I have probs succeeded in confusing you all now :)

    Hi all

NGlady - glad you are back with a long post, re us keeping you in check, I've missed telling you off as you've been good lately LOL!

Can you explain what your £13 a day is for - things like toiletries, clothes and nights out do you mean?

Souk - the mind boggles after wondering how your corset got dirty :)

£13 is the amount each day I have in a "current account" this is the amount of money I am allowed to spend on luxuries, any nights out, clothes etc as you say.

Souk - I daren't think how the Corset got dirty ;) lol.

Morocha, I am going to Port Al Kantoui in Tunisia :) Mum and dad went earlier this year, and absoloutly loved it. They went to morocco a couple of years previously and hated it, so wasn't expecting it to be very good. But this time, theyve refused to go anywhere other than Tunisia. There going out for a fortnight and im going out for their second week :D I've never flown alone before, so going to be a bit of a adventure for me :) I hope I get aisle seat though, I HATE having to ask people to stand up!

Sorry for the additional post - you know me though, once I start rambeling :)

I have today spent £2 - which I am quite pleased about really, as it could have proved quite an expensive day. I spent this £2 on a snack from Tescos. It was something I could have done without, but having put a lovely £20 dress back on the rack, I figured £2 would be an ok spend :)

I have my £10 work money in one pocket of my purse ready to put in my desk tomorrow. Going to do this with a £5 note, £2 pound coins 5 20ps and rest in small 5s 10s for the drink machine. Very organized, but surely, thats what MSE is? Organisation.

Bus fare ready to buy weekly ticket tomorrow :) £19 - will pay for 7.5 days of travel (13 trips cos I get a lift back on tuesday and on wednesday :) ) sooo wont need to buy again until next Wednesday (?) as im off on friday too.....

Packed lunch ready in fridge so I don't end up rushing tomorrow and end up going oh beep ill buy dinner.

Oh well im off to continue my debate about the Monsoon top, and whether it'd be really nice to wear for drinks with Matts friends in a couple of weeks :)

Have told Matt ref Friday i would like to go somewhere with plenty to see and do to try and avoid the shops too much :) I have a £50 budget and I shall not spend over it :)

CL why don't you do stuff, is it money? Sorry if that's nosy, just wondering since you're young?
Nope, money's not the issue. Anxiety is the main problem.

Little update - I went out on Friday, bought a couple of cheap things in Primark which cheered me up momentarily. Wasted an absolute ton on food though... I hate doing that, but never mind.

NG, who is Matt? Mr Manchester?

this time - so what about the others? only joking.

NGlady - I think you need to tell us more about Matt - age, height, work, etc LOL - do you like his clothes or is he in need of a makeover like the other one was? lol

Nope girlies :) Matt is Mr Local :) T was mr Manchester!
Early 30s dark hair 5ft10ish and professional :) (Best not say too much on here lol)
He is actually fairly aware of his fashion :) Did ask me a fashion question over the weekend, which I quite liked tbh as it showed he values my opinion :) Not going to pretend its the big numbero uno for me, but its got more chance than Mr Manchester in reality :)
