Hi, I am making a recipe tomorrow which calls for a 410g can of green lentils. I only have dried lentils verte and I've never cooked with them before. How many grams of lentils shall I cook to make the equivalent of a can? Can anyone help please?0

No idea in grams but about a mugful should be the right quantity0

A cupful should do it. I just used some dried ones today to make a chicken and lentil stew in the SC. No need to pre-soak either.
To give you an idea, I used about a good cupful today (maybe 200g) along with an onion, garlic, 3 chicken drumsticks, a large carrot and some spices and stock. Got enough stew to completely fill 2x1litre ice cream tubs for dh work lunches.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
