relax elvis, it is very bizarre when people order shedloads of freebies then happily say they have no use for them at all
now go eat a burger or ten and chill out ;-)0 -
I have to say that the large size bags make good rubbish bags for 'nasty' stuff that's better sealed and yes I used a few for 'purpose' saves filling in the details at the POvBulletin getting better!0

shelly wrote:If you phone Royal Mail on this number....0845 7950950....you can ask for Special Delivery bags (think they call them poly bags??) they come in packs of 50 and there are 3 sizes...I think they are A3,A4 and A5.These aren't padded bags but good for sending clothes or soft items in.You can have as many of them as you like...they ask you for a company name but I just made one up.When you receive them they have special delivery written all over them but we turn them inside out and then they are just a plain grey poly bag.One word of warning though. When you go to PO ask them to put the machine printed stamps on the bag and not lickable ones as they fall off.Its best to write on them with a permanent marker too so its visible. We have 100 of each size at a time,no questions asked. And the cost of these......FREE...:D
I got this tip from another thread quite sometime ago so thanks to whoever was OP then.

Sorry to hear that keatergreyhound. We must have sent 200+ items using these bags turned inside out and not had any problems at all with them.Only comment we had about them was a buyer e-mailing us telling us we were cheeky for using a second hand bag to send his item in :rotfl: It was a brand new bag just turned inside out.....and besides I thought recycling was the thing to do these days (had it been used before, which it hadn't):heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with.
