think I somewhat overdid things by cleaning half the kitchen today I had had to have a snooze lol.. and poor OH is having to do dinner... I am absolutely shattered!!!

I have to scribble another!! letter for the morons at the housing benefit place.. apparently we are not entitled to housing benefit/CTB .. So how come everyone else on jobseekers is??? !!!!!! I swear I will be stomping into the office and demanding to speak to the stupid woman if she doesn't get her act together.. since KH left in March I have been forking out £600 a month from our benefits to pay the mortgage.. We have had 1 payment made back in September.. and now they stopped the CTB from October.. it took then 6 months to sort it out in the first place!! Why is this so difficult???

  • All this talk of petrol costs. Try www.petrolprices.com they will send you a weekly email of the cheapest places local to you for fuel. I get mine every Monday.

    Afternoon everyone.

Well the kitchen didn't take very long to do today as it was still very tidy. So carried on with a bit more decluttering. Little and often, think it will take a long time to get rid of all the carp I have accumalated.

Had some sad news today. A friend when I was a teenager died at the weekend. Apparently she fell and banged her head a couple of weeks ago. She went to hospital and they stitched her up and they sent her home. She went out shopping on Friday and collapsed at the shop. She never regained consciousness and they switched off the machine yesterday. They are not sure what caused her death yet but it probably had something to do with her fall. So very sad. You never know what is round the corner.

Hugs to all that need it and I know there are a few of you...
