I have decluttered some food, recycled some rubbish and not much else.

Pooh I'd complain very vigourously, medical staff, regardless what rank, need to understand they are accountable...makes me furious on your behalf....how dare they treat you like that.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Hi everyone

Hugs to poorlies and those in need of them

Done no flying today, DH and I have been to Hell Fire Caves in West Wycombe [will take kiddies when its a bit warmer] DS and DD are at their Dad's. We have had a lovely day out, the caves were interesting, we then went to a Garden Centre, then had a little drive round, saw lots and lots of Red Kites and ended up in MrT [needed a few bits] We are now home and just killing time till we have to pick up DS [DD is staying over for the night] DS refuses to stay over - one day is more than enough for him to spend with his Dad!!
I'm intending to fly tomorrow as DH is going fishing and DS will want time on the Wii so I'll catch up with tasks then.
DH made Fish Soup for tea last night and there is some left over for my tea tonight, yum yum, I love it.

Well thats it for now, hope you all have a nice evening and see you tomorrow

    Hi all

(((hugs))) poohbear, that is awful, have you considered speaking to PALS? Could you use the NHS you choose system to get a referal elsewhere?

What an incredible day! Conference was amazing. There was a lady left crying as she'd been able to move her thumb to finger for the first time in years as she has arthritis (he just used a light treatment for about 5 minutes) and a lady diagnosed deaf in one ear he helped hear. He even knocked me off my feet almost and explained that some of my 'clumsy' issues can be helped, I was amazed what I could see using a basic blue filter not even prescribed for me I even stood straighter (my friend videoed it to show me) and my back pain eased...wow wow wow. www.jordanseyes.com it's free to take the boys to see him at the minute as done through Scotland NHS free eye tests so working out with DP when we can all go! Who would have thought pain could go or you could make something taste different with a coloured lens! Just hoping he can help the boys and we might be able to avoid surgery with DS1 for his squint, then get some help with my pain/balance issues while we are there. So if anyone knows any cheap hotels near Ayr please let me know :D as we'll need an overnight stay I think.

DP had the boys and even cleared the dining room table he dumped everything on a few days ago, cleared LR too so things looked better when I came in which was nice. Kitchens a poo hole but I will have a go at that tonight.

I need to reqork my 'plan' I set out to include study time, now I have downloaded starter books I can make a start, tonight I will do that, a meal plan as that's fell off the priority list and work out when we can afford the trip in with my finance plans.....as we're a week into the month and I don't know where I am properly :o

Ok, first mission, 10 minute rest then planning! ((hugs all round))
One day I might be more organised...........

Widnes, born and bred. Don't get football or union at all! My employers sponsor a Leicester Tigers player and I just don't get it at all.

:p at Wigan, St Helens and Warrington

Should not have started on the wine -it isn't even wine o clock yet.

    Two things decided today!

First one is that I have agreed to cook something new every week, must be savoury and from one of my vast collection of books
Second is that I have agreed to charity shop, sell or give away at least one book a week regardless of what it cost me :eek::eek::eek:

Re the Jaffa Cake filling..... couldnt you use a baster or icing syringe to put the filling in the cake....then you could cover the hole on top with chocolate?

 I am not sure my marmalade will go into, let along come out of a turkey baster, as its quite chunky and thick:o

DH is supposed to be getting ready for our holiday but all he's done all afternoon is watch rugby. If he leaves everything to me (again) I shall refuse to go. I'm still feeling rough and don't want to have to do all the pre-holiday packing and cleaning by myself.
Sorry, rant over. Just feeling a bit

Poohbear that sounds terrible I would deffo complain

Hugs for you Rose, I would leave him to it, but make it clear you are just packing your stuff not his (says she who has gone away without a hairbrush on several occasions!). Hope you have a lovely time despite the current issues :T
