Well today is getting worse and worse . . .

Friend is in hospital having test to see what is what so I've got most of my family on standby childcare for dd in case I need to flee to the hospital

In the mean time dd has had a coughing fit and sicked milk all over the cashmere throw on the sofa :mad::mad: I don't normally have it on for that very reason but I had visitors yesterday/today and my sofa is horrible so I have to cover it.

It says dry clean only but it stinks and I don't know when I'll get to the dry cleaners. . . . What's the best thing to do??? I'm sure one of you flyladies must have some trick for just a case :)

Been sorting through my car booting stuff, stored at work, (well where else am I going to store it?) bagged up some bits and pieces to sell for £1, what else are Friday afternoons at work for, when you are on your own!!

Sorted out 2 exhibitions for work to go to, and the stuff needed for them as well, so on the right day it will be just a case of loading it up and driving to the exhibition venue and setting up....

Pigpen - Male cats definitely worse. Mine disembowels things all over the back door mat (nice welcome home!) and brings in frogs and squirrels as well as the usual furries and feathereds. His sister has never caught anything at all.

My female cat catches mice, rats, squirrels, rabbits birds, the mice she plays with then eats, the squirrel, she leaves whole, just dead, the rabbits, sometimes whole, sometimes no head, sometimes just the stomach, rats we only had them when the bus depot was moving but she tended to bring them in and not eat them, birds sometimes whole, sometimes just feathers

I'm showered, dressed (after a fashion) and cake is baked, all washing up done. Tesco have been so just need to unpack shopping now (worst job!)

Still waiting for the courier to come, really hope they do come today! I want to nip to the shop for some icing sugar for a cake topping but I can't until the courier has been!

Will you use it a lot - I use mine 3-4 times a week
Do you have somewhere to keep it which is not in a cupboard? Mine lives on the corner on the work surface.

If mine broke and could not be fixed I'd be down JL before the close of play replacing it HTH.

All flying for the day done.

DS2 has put his PE kit in the machine
DS3 has 32 minutes to get his in there

Time for a cuppa and a quick flick through the Next catalogue for smart trousers for DS1
