I think he might be spending too long making those premium rate phone calls!

I just give you an example, i can not afford that much with VM. I already over paid many times with VM and got it back few times.

well use 0870 to find a cheaper number, do you use the 0845 numbers for virgin media well if you do then have you thoguht about getting the landline from virgin as you get free calls to virgin, would this cause you more issues is something we would have to see

    Easy solution.

Take a big hammer, go to the box on the wall where the Virgin cable comes in, and then knock seven bells of sh*t out of it.

Not only will that, by dint of your internet connection being utterly wrecked, prevent you from spilling more barely-coherent nonsense here - it will also prevent Virgin from charging you at all for the calls you now won't be able to make. No more overpayment, no more issues with their call centre, no more problems.

Where do you live, matey? If you're in my area, I'll happily come over and do it myself if you give me the nod.

    Think about it? :)

That may hurt you, please dont do that otherwise will be in Jail. Better you pay more and help VM they would be really happy and make the billing system better(your way).
  • Will you do it yourself, then?

I'll give you a fiver or something.
