You guys make our life still harder, how can i find out number of times i called that number, between 4 to 10 pm how many times i called, which one was the longest call. I'll have to build a system to store all the details. Brilliant idea not sure where do you get these.
find the problem and fix it. I told you guys what is the problem, may be VM fans here can sort out rather than asking me to do that.
im not a fan i just think your making a mountain out of a mole hill, you remember the amount of times you called or write them down or change your isp, if you cant change your isp then just deal with it0 -

Dont worry we will give a voice, someone from VM will be watching. They will take notes to sort out if they want to survive in the world. Escapping from a problem is not a solution.0 -

virgin media answer : Sorry we cannot tell until the new bill is generated, I'm really fed up by this answer.
and also if you had changed your plan will have to keep an eye on Bill, otherwise they would charge 40 to 50£ more unitl you found and ask them.

Perhaps the OP finds it difficult to keep track of time when he is concentrating so hard on his premium number calls...

You really are an ignorant fool, people have offered you good advice on here yet you seem to need someone to hold your hand. Take some responsibility and use a little common sense. If you make the call make a note of how long you were on the phone and match the number to the corresponding call charge to find out how much it cost you, it really is rather simple.
If your so concerned about the cost of your calls and overall phone bill you would already being doing this, but you feel compelled to use the phone then complain about the call charges. I suggest you get a PAYG phone put £5 of airtime on it and then when it runs out you will know exactly how much your calls have cost............can you work it out?? answer: its £5...................Everyones opinion is the most important.....no wonder nothing is ever agreed on.0 -

Think this thread is bl00dy hilarious. I'm done explaining it now. If you don't like the way they bill, change supplier or campaign to get it changed. I personally have no problems with the way they bill. Clear, understandable, plain English billing.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

the onus is on you truthman to a find out how much a call will cost so whether you ask the operator(eg when you call up ask how much it is a minute) or find out yourself is up to you but the easiest option is to find out yourself by going to virgins website0
