    We would be very interested in getting to the botton of this severe problem you've described.
    Please contact us at support@trusteer.com as to the nature of the problem -
    Were pages loading slowly in specific sites? If so - which sites?
    Which Internet browser are you using and which version is it?
    Have you experienced slowness in any specific program or operation?
    Is the slowness expressed in browser start-up and/or browsing speed? Were other internet-based programs affected?
