Lou,
tbh, I'm feeling really fed up-I feel 'ok'-definitely not as tired as I was feeling but I still ache all over (my feet hurt on the bottom! !!!!!! is that about??), my kidneys are playing up again and I am still having the 'ladies' issues. 22 days and counting-and badly. I also feel really really low. (To be fair, that is also because of another issue) but I just feel so blah-for lack of a better word.
My brain wants to run, but body so so doesn't and it is so frustrating.
Thank you for asking-I will retreat back to my corner and stop feeling sorry for myself-in the grand scheme-I am not that bad off am I?Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
Question: Would you regard a shopping voucher as your cash or "free money"? I want to buy Denby for my in-laws for Christmas. In House of Fraser it is 1/2 price, in the outlet it is BOGOF (but seconds, so initial price per plate is cheaper than HOF). I have a voucher I can use in HOF but not the outlet mall. I did fancy using the voucher for a treat for me. If I use the voucher I spend about £10 less real cash (as the outlet is cheaper per item that takes up part of the voucher's value straightaway) but I don't get to treat myself later.
What would you do?
:T Free money :T
It depends how tight things are for you at the moment, I'd be tempted to hang onto the voucher for when you really need a treat, when does it expire?

:grouphug: Bunny, could you wrap up and take yourself off for just a walk, it's lovely out, even that might help to give you a boost.
When I get really down it makes me feel worse when I look at what others are going through in comparison because then I just feel more guilty for feeling absolutely carp for 'no determinable reason'

It'll take a while to get your med levels right as well which can really make a difference. until things stop down there you may well feel weaker, unable to hold onto or absorb iron and could be anaemic, Are you eating well at the moment?

Not sure Bun - we offered to go today but BIL said not to - he thinks the funeral might not be for a couple of weeks - being Sunday is difficult to make arrangements. Asked us to go a few days before the funeral so just waiting to hear when that will be.
I feel that we should go now tbh - he only has his step daughter down there. He says friends and neighbours are very good , but not really my decision..
