Seen it before Scaredy - its a bunch of rubbish - that guy never did anywhere near what he wanted because he trained too hard too fast and got injured and now he charges some stupid amount per hour to privately train people in Battersea park...makes me want to slap him!
The only good bit in the prog was about the african runners and the other Brtish guy - but again here it was misleading - it made out that kid won the half marathon when in fact he was second!!!0 -

I had a fab night out last night, I am really lucky with my friends. they are so lovely, just like I am lucky with you guys.
Family stuff driving me a bit nuts, but i am sort of working on a plan for that and work.
but given that it is nearly ten I need to get a shift on! cereal first then room (which has some how got in a right state) needs sorting.

Morning lovely peeps. My sister in law died at 4.50 this morning :sad:
- she went peacefully without regaining consciousness so a release really. My bil had been staying with her all day & night for the last few days, but last night as she seemed to be stable he went home to try and catch up on sleep. He got a call around 4.30 that her breathing had changed so rushed back and she died within minutes. Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. William James0 -
