Probably not the same for games, but I would have thought with Windows 7 you could buy replacement discs to use with your license. Adobe do this for their software, since the £££ it costs are for the license to use it, not the CD (or DVD) discs themselves.0

No you can do it for games, my youngest scratched my copy of donkey kong racers on the Wii. Nintendo price for replacement disk £26!!
Quick trip to gamestation and had it re-coated for £2.99, lesson learnt games now live on a very tall shelf!0 -
