Afternoon everyone just popped on to update my spends. Did my main shop at tescos this morn spending £43, then went over to sainsburys on way home to get a few of their offers too, spent another £12 in there. Total spent £55 give or take a few pennies. Very pleased with all i bought, did my meal plan and i've got enough in for a good 20days so should just need to do a top up shop.

    Huge congrats to Ragz :j

  • Hi

please could you put me down for 200 for Feb, I only just discovered this thread :o

Thanks BigMumma for directing me here!

First baby is on the way and hoping to get our food budget down to 200 a month, would love to include washing powder/cleaning/loo roll etc! Almost forgot the 5 dogs, 3 cats and 2 ducks! Luckily mum subsidises the horses or we'd never eat!

Theres me, mum and my OH. With the help of some veg seeds i bought hopefully later in the year i can provide us with most of our 5 a day.
Really looking forward to trying some of the recipes for homemade washing liquid, cleaners etc. :j

Off to farmfoods and mr A tonight to do the first shop.Luckily mum has a freezer with loads of reduced items she bought at xmas so should give us a good start!
