so weighed in this morning at 13st 2 - would love to lose half a stone in feb however due to a underactive thyroid my weight loss/gain can be ropey sometimes so even losing 4lb over the month would do me

I would like to join in too :)

    4lbs for february.

1lb a week coming from 500kcal loss a day (200 exercise & 300 from eating less). I think i'd find it too difficult to do more since my maintenance calories only came in at 1800.

I'm having a very small lunch today to make room for banoffee pie later :o

I made a curry similar to this yesterday and it's really nice and healthy. I used half the amount of sweet potato and about 2/3 the spinach and got 4 large portions. Super quick to make too (except for finding spinach in the shops!)

I'll fill this in so im less likely to be naughty if people can see it :p

    Week1 Starting weight: 131lbs
    Mon Food:1357 Exercise:250 :D
    Tue Food:1151 Excercise:280
    Wed Food: 1303 Excercise:120
    Thu Food: 1263 Excercise:0
    Fri Food: 1250 Exercise:120
    Sat Food:1900-2000 Exercise:300
    Sun Food: 1093 Exercise: 0
    Total kcal loss: 3183 + 1070 = 4253

    Start weight - 179.75lbs :o
And that .75lbs *is* important beecause it means I'm officially below 180lbs!

    Good luck everyone.

I weighed in this morning at 10st 7lb and am determined to be below 10st by the end of Feb.

Along with a few others here I didn't have a good weekend either! I've been good so far today though.

The cakes at work are untouched by me and I'm determined to show restraint at the lunchtime buffet I now have to attend. That will be harder as it will be all those delicious high calorie nibbles that you just eat without realisng just how diet unfriendly they are :o

    Afternoon everyone!

Not a very good start to the month for me whatever way you look at it! Woke up this morning full of ANOTHER cold, all bunged up and sneezing, (this is the 3rd week with a cough, sneezing, sore throat.......blah blah blah) so the swimming is out the window for this week and i'm really disappointed :( as I was SOOO looking forward to it.

Then to top it all I weighed in this morning 2lb Heavier than last week

So my total for January is 4lb's, so still a loss I know, but not good enough!!

    FEB starting weight.... 18st 12lb's

Hopefully Feb will be better for me.

Have a good day everyone....off now to update my signature :(
    :money::money::money::money:
    I love to save money
  • Ooo sign me up too please. I lost 7lbs on Weight Watchers in Jan and I would love to beat that in Feb, esp as I'm seeing the my (future) mother-in-law at the end of the month and I'd LOVE her to notice a difference :)

The less said about my weekend the better. I could kick myself, I really could. I was cross with myself for having put weight on (even though I'm pretty sure it was due to a reaction to some food I'm intolerant to) and so why on earth did I eat loads of tortilla chips and sweets? Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Must go swimming as much as possible this week, even though I'm horribly busy and just want to sleep :(
