Good to see you flowerofthewest (9 pounds! wow! are you sure about that most people are going for 5 to 7 pounds), !

Yeah, possibly a bit optimistic, but hopefully that target will spur me on more. If I don't reach it this month, I'll reduce it next month :-)

And to be honest I do have A LOT to loose (think Biggest Loser plus :rotfl:)

  • Morning all! Good luck to all those weighing this morning!
I was so chuffed with myself yesterday as i ate very healthily apart from 1 small calorie counted cake. I ended up with having just less than 1200 cals which is low but my next chance to get weighed is tomorrow (I get weighed on the ward scales at work) and I'm on annual leave after that so it will be quite a gap to my next WI unless I go in just to get weighed.
Plan for today is fruit for breakfast and snacks. HM lentil and tomato soup and ryvitas for lunch and HM shepherds pie for tea. I must get some 1/2 fat cheese for the top of it and lots of veges.
Must try and do some exercise as well as walking dd to school but I have a chesty cough and my sinuses are blocked so I may just have to scrub the kitchen floor vigorously!

  • Count me in please - will aim for 7lbs but think 4lb is probably more realistic.

Well done to everyone for last month's losses. :T

    Morning all.

Well i agree its a fabby feb start for me:rotfl: i lost my angel wings at the weekend i had my take out chips then made the bad choice of having a beer or two... closely followed by cheese on toast and apple pie later that night :o so im starting this month at 145 LBS

But is a new month so onwards and upwards (or downwards hopefully) im going to try for 7LBS this month but if i lose 5LB i will be more than happy.
My plan this month is to again reduce my (still man size) portion sizes.

Food today, porridge (as stated on the box not double as normal :o) and banana.
lunch low fat cheese spread& salad sarnie &apple
Dinner Halloumi kebabs, sweet potato wedges &salad

    Have a great day everyone
