I try and think of catchy titles , and I hope you mean thread not threat! I don't THINK I need to threaten you all to lose weight :rotfl:

I think I may have persuaded Mr Bramble to join me in Febs challenge. I was nice and bought him a bike yesterday and now he's decided he wants to get fit and lose his beer belly! yay. So tomorrow, me, mr bramble and puppy bramble will all be out cycling (running in puppy bramble's case) getting fit and healthy! Great way to kick start the new month and nice healthy sunday dinner for afters :-)
