try them kemo, you never know! Otherwise stick a picture of them and a card listing the price in your local supermarket/shop/post ofice...... Or stick an ad in your local paper!

Hmm..help please?
I started the dispute earlier, as advised, and the seller has just responded. She said that 15 days have to pass before Royal Mail will accept a claim, and finished it with "I do hope you will pay when the items turn up." I have paid, though, and she hasn't refunded me.
Am I in the wrong? I don't know why they are being so mean...

Just me, I would probably just remind her gently that you have already paid but that item is just not arrived as of yet.....

Ive just looked on amazon, went to where it says sell, then on hte drop down menu it doesnt give an option for clothes...

Kemo-only other thing i can suggest would be your local paper-adverts are usually free so nothing to lose?

saucy - they will try the classic royal mail at fault you need to wait 28 days etc....

escalate it via paypal now they have responded

do not stop the dispute until you have refund or goods. even if they try to blackmail you into close the dispute and I'll refund etc... Once you have closed the dispute you cannot reopen it.

Take confidence in the fact you are 100% in the right. Full stop.
