Hmm..help please?
I started the dispute earlier, as advised, and the seller has just responded. She said that 15 days have to pass before Royal Mail will accept a claim, and finished it with "I do hope you will pay when the items turn up." I have paid, though, and she hasn't refunded me.
Am I in the wrong? I don't know why they are being so mean...Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:0 -

Ive just looked on amazon, went to where it says sell, then on hte drop down menu it doesnt give an option for clothes...0

saucy - they will try the classic royal mail at fault you need to wait 28 days etc....
you dont
escalate it via paypal now they have responded
do not stop the dispute until you have refund or goods. even if they try to blackmail you into close the dispute and I'll refund etc... Once you have closed the dispute you cannot reopen it.
