SS - Definitely show us your notebooks. I'm another stationery addict. A Viking catalogue is like a !!!!!! mag for me! It's only equalled with my love for storage boxes.

This week really has been a write off largely for me. Hubby is now ill and I don't deal well with DH not well, so am sleeping on the sofa till he feels better (I lie awake listening to him, worying if he's awake, getting a coughing fit, going to throw up, in pain, going to choke etc etc etc. Worry. Worry.Worry) It's not the most comfortable so tired and am only just manging to keep up with housework.(especially as I;m having to gut the kitchen as we are infested with lots of tiny little flies. Trying to find where they are living)

However, I have found some great photos a friend online took of her cat, which would make amazing work. So I'm going to start that tomorrow, pencil drawings first then maybe a painting.

I just want to say, this thread is the first thing in a long time that has not just given me hope, but a prolonged support. Just reading you all dribbling away makes me feel part of this nad that I want to to keep up with things. I don't think for one minute I'll make anything NEAR £10,000 - frankly £1000 would delight me - but it's the fellowship and the fun and support that's making me WANT to.

  • Oh Hales, that sounds horrible :( It wasn't a wobbler, don't worry. And don't forget to ask if you need help with the commitments board, I really appreciate it, and I know everyone else does too :)

Ikkle - Let me know when you are up and running, I want to place some orders, please. Of our doggy to take to Spain with us :) If you don't mind?

Luckily saucy - I'm big enough to know that he's just a drunken muppet. I wouldn't mind but I'm with my mum so I'm on best behaviour anyway!!! xx

was just about to go to bed when dd(4 last week) woke up throwing up all over her bed :( poor thing. at least she missed the duvet and pillow and just got it all over the sheet.
Dh walked in from his gig just after it happened so he got the bed changing job while I cleaned her up and cuddled her on sofa.
Then DS woke up so DH has taken him to bed while I watch little robots with a very wriggly pale DD.
She isn't often poorly so it gets her a bit agitated - bless.

Morning Everyone & Happy Valentines Day :smileyhea

Need to see these notebook pictures folks as I am another fan of stationary (and storage boxes too lol!!!).

My EBay sales are trickling through - my total is "kind of" still zero as I have not yet made back enough to pay off my initial outlay but am getting there!! All that work for a zero total - lol!

Anyway, had a huge clearout of kids clothes and will be listing them in large ish bundles as I simply cannot face doing it any other way as there are quite literally a few hundred items - reckon there will 5 or 6 bundles worth. It is taking such a lot of time but will help get me towards getting off the zero mark!!!!

Can anyone advise me how to do a scheduled listing to set time to start tonight? I have checked E Bay help and it says go to the format bit and add more options - but I only have options to add private listing and a few other things & no sign of scheduled option. Any help appreciated!

Not going to be up to much today as I am actually going out with DH - can't believe it - a grown up day/night out lol!!!! Grandparents looking after the kids and we are off to Chester for an afternoon of shopping / drinking and an evening of food and more drinking!!! Yay - not had a night out on our own for well over 6 months !!

Awwww - good luck with it!! I am sure you will be absolutely fine. Don't restrict yourself and just go for it. The only advice I could give is just be yourself and the "right" job for you will come by. Let us know how you are getting on.
