This is a bit of a random interruption (but I agree with the above) and I did say I wouldn't post in here...

But anyway, anyone want some pasta? I've managed to make 800g of the stuff....:rotfl:

Edit: I don't even have an excuse, when OH is here we share 100g, neither of us eat much...Complete blonde moment.

Lol I don't even want pasta, but the microwave and oven are broken, so only the hob works. I don't want to wander Brum on a Saturday night on my own, so its the only thing I've got that I could hob cook.

I want to make cakes, too. Shouldn't think that works on a hob...have got pancake mix though!! :T

Or maybe I should just stay away from the kitchen, if I set the fire alarm off I won't be able to reach to turn it off :rotfl:

Edit - I'm eating pasta out of a bucket :rotfl:

Hales - I completely agree with what has already been said. Having commitments there for everyone to see has meant that I got up early this morning and just got stuck in - I've got loads done and am now sat here while my tea cooks feeling really pleased with myself. Even commitments that weren't on the board but that I had made to myself got done.

I know some people are having a hard time of it right now, and completely understand that it can get demoralising when you see commitments that just aren't getting sorted, but for the rest of us it is really motivating. I'm sure they won't mind if we carry on with it.

Long live the commitment board :p

    munchki!!! You are here!!

Hales, I know I've asked to come off the board but it's just that life isn't as neat and tidy and ordered as I'd like it to be! I'm going to post my green things each day so I can see I'm making progress - I just wasn't making progress on the things I was putting on the board.

Thank you hunny - I'll try and find it :)
I'm very new on this thread and trying to work out it all works - I'm guessing I need to go to the first post and read through?
    It looks great though :)
