Just had an email that came like a slap round the face, and I might have to give up on the challenge and concentrate on being able to survive....Hopefully I'll be able to squeeze some help from somewhere but right now the rug has been pulled from under my feet.

Hello,
I feel quite bad posting such a positive post when Saucy Secrets is obviously really upset… I hope you are okay hon...
Well I haven’t been on here for a few weeks, so I need to do some back reading (I don’t want to miss out on anything) and I thought that now would be a good time to fill you in on my January figures.
I have managed to make £665.50… which I think is amazing! …That includes the £260 I won on roulette via Bingo Britain (I am leaving the site now though because they keep changing the rules and I think it’s best for me to quit while I’m ahead). Also this figure doesn’t include Dooyoo Amazon vouchers that I have cashed to pay for birthday pressies, just the cheques that I have cashed - so really I have made even more pennies.
I don’t have the full £665.50 sat in a bank account… some of it has been invested in eBay re-sale items, some of it has covered unexpected debts (the clutch on my car went just before NYE, so that was £220). I haven’t had any money set aside for a long time and in usual circumstances an unexpected £220 bill would have had an awful effect on my finances, but not this time - because of this challenge. I have also recently purchased my OH’s 30th birthday present with some of the extra money. He isn’t 30 until March, but I’ve had my heart set on buying him a Red Letter Day’s army tank day experience – which is £250. However there was a January offer on and I got 20% off… that is a £50 saving (without this challenge I wouldn’t have been able to afford to buy his pressie so early and make the saving, so I’m dead chuffed about that).
Also, up until December I was paying £50 a month off my £10,500 debt (I have a debt management plan). However, so far, this year, because of this challenge I have been able to pay off £345.
None of this would have been possible without this thread and I’m so pleased with the inroads I’ve made into the challenge.
So guys, a big thank you to each and every one of you… here’s to a successful February!

I've bought our doggy a suit, a santa hat and some reindeer bells for his ears...oh and a pink dress but OH said he wasn't allowed to wear it because he's a boy. Oh and he's got a little t shirt that says SECURITY. It's dead cute...
Yes, my dog is my baby, lol. He doesn't wear it out, and he like it, honest! And waking up to 'reindeers' on Christmas Day was hilarious. There are bells hidden all over the house.
I've got to admit that I'm sorely tempted to get my two mastiffs a security t-shirt each, it might stop 'em from hogging the blinking fire if they're dressed.
