Found the log book - I had to turf the house upside down but I found it !!! It was the mention of a £25 charge for a new one that made me get ferocious with the search ! I also found CB form ( jo70mo - I am shocked ! I thought I was bad !!!) and I also found 60% of the info WTFC want to reinstate my claim. I just need to collate it all and find the other 40% by Friday. Not an easy task now the house is even more chaotic than it was this morning.

Found out how to get to Milton Keynes. Instructions were on the back of the form !! Also I remembered thats what Sat Navs are for ! Cant believe I was panicking - silly mare.

So my plan for today is tax car, complete CB form, program in milton keynes address ready for Thursday, take bag of clothes to charity bins, and find the kitchen table again ! Its there somewhere - I can see a leg.

Munchki - will you still be there Thursday? Do you fancy a coffee? I have a Speed Awareness Course from 9.30 - 12.30 but free in the afternoon. I have to admit - I hate Milton Keynes though so not sure if I will be able to find much, and I dont want to pick up another speeding ticket !! Nto that I will speed ever again officer.
    VR repayment  £404  £156.02 PAID
    Airpods repayment £249 £185 £75.90 PAID
    Airpods repayment £144 £99.01 PAID

    Capital One £1400
  • I have literally no motivation or energy or well anything today so i'm taking DS to an indoor play place this afternoon, partly because he loves it and partly so he can go off with his little friend and I can sit and have a good old moan and a hot chocloate :)

    My Commitments for FEB:

    - Get a day job, even just a rubbish one :o
    - List 30+ items/lots on eBay (yes I do have heaps of carp to list 30 is nothing!)
    - Do 10+ Dooyoo reviews
    - Do ALL surveys i get invites for and poss sign up to more survey sites
    - Get sewing machine fixed
    - Finish Book1 of ICB course
    - Organise Avon stuff and come up with a plan
    - Lose 4lbs :)

Trying to keep it short and manageable but i want to add soooo much more. I'm not the most realistic person ever, I need reigning in sometimes :rotfl:

Afraid I wont be here then, I was going to go back today but ummmmm am now staying here another night with him. Sorry hon as I would have loved to meet you!!

Am sat here in the hotel while he is off at work and have been applying for jobs, working on the one contract I do have and trying to look into every option I can think of for free advertising etc. I am certainly open for suggestions if any one has any!!

Thanks Nikki, I have started saving jam jars going to make jam and chutney for everyone for christmas this year

Natat - I have some fab recipies if you want them nearer the time!!! I looked at the books and I had an odd feeling about them too.... why sell that many off in a lot if you are a seller anyway, the seller has so many other books on sale I don't think they will sell that quickly!! Ta for the link though!!

ok peeking in for a few mins! I was right the day has got even more interesting.....

    Good interesting I hope!!

Paulabear - I can recommed usednappy. whatever it is..... I sold all mine, not quite as much as I wanted but they went within a couple of weeks..... nice and easy to use too....

Saucy - I would have made him clean the kitchen!!! You are making work for yourself lovey...... start as you mean to go on and all that!!

Out of interest, what sort of prices would you want to pay for duvet/pillow case sets?

I can't afford (nor want) to buy fabric in trade quantities, so I have to pay retail prices for supplies, which means the sets would still come out at nearly £20, not even considering labour costs.

LizD - do some research on hand made covers as you will be able to charge a bit more than if they were mass produced......

Right, this morning I am going to catch up on some paper work and deal with a delivery from yesterday...... And up into the loft again if I have time!!

    Wishing everyone a good day......

    free advertising...... hmmmm.....

have a search of the small business forum as I am sure there was something on there (ages and ages ago mind) about a BT website where you could advertise...... I presume your gone down the Hotfrog, etc sites.....

Have you looked at ebay classifieds?

    this might help.....

Any chance you could email me the logo/s ??? I can;t wait to see them!!!!
