Yeah I see what you mean. I'll let you know how I get on with the pool anyway - might have to be quite organised getting it to you if I go far over though, theoretically I could have my HB any time up to 2nd March, and I assume you'd want to be set up by 9th (37 weeks).

At my biggest I was 17st 4lbs :eek: Size 24 trousers didn't even fit me in evans, and they are pretty generous on their sizes. I lived in 1 pair of trousers that were so tatty, they looked like a tramps attire.

and bear in mind, Im 5ft 3 and a half.....I looked like an inflated neep!

my target is 10st for now but when i hit it i'll go down to 9st 7lb but i think if i do mini targets its like a huge slog ..

ok my diet and i would advise to check it out with the doc like i did ..
- 2lts of water a day min with ginger&lemon and peppermint tea for help of digesting nomnomnoms
- no yeast what so ever .. this means no bread no larger some crackers are out so biscuits .. honestly you'd be suprised what has yeast in
-no crap .. none .. nope .. no one bite ..
- meals consist of mainly veg .. stick to chicken if you have meat or lean meat and only eat meat 2-3 times a week ..
- not eating after a certain time i usually do this from about 7-8pm but allow one day off none but back then i didnt at all ..

plenty of exercise (i used to walk the whole of london at weekend, hand wash clothes and tidied the house every day -- i hand wash now as washer is broken very good workout) ..

i dropped the first 2 stone in a month x

He says it's not a dead cert in the same way that eye colour, hair colour etc can really vary generationally.

Even if she needs braces, he says he wouldn't worry too much because 10 yrs ago they were quite industrial but now they are very trendy, and he used to have to tell 14yr olds with perfect teeth that no, he would not be fitting a brace, no matter how they begged for one!

good point! perhaps I need to think a bit differently about timings

I was doing a really good job of kepping up but what with Lexi being ill Im hopeless the last two days!

Shes getting a little better but gosh its hard work having a lil sick buba!

I have just read about fifteen pages but cant remember jack, Sorry there was so many things I was going to comment on but it all escapes me

SM Im pleased your coming on Tuesday. I am still hoping to be there, but I could do with having someone on call just incase I dont get back for J. OH cant do it as has 'important stuff' on in work and wont even be at his office So ..... Im hoping my sister can have an afternoon off but that isnt looking likely as she has her friend over from Australia so she just took a week off work, But We'll see.

Is Elle ok? I dont think I have seen her for a day or so! I have proably just missed her post though. Hope all is well anyway.

Lexi is in bed finally - she hasnt napped properly all day. J is in the shower and then off to his room to watch a dvd and I have a bottle of wine, off to enjoy that with some seabrooks!
