I can't compare my 2 either because I can't remember every detail as it was so long ago. I did have a baby book for DD but it went missing in a house move.:o

How is Dylan getting on with his funky chair?

Yeah, that too !! I know roughly what age she did things, but not everything !!

He loves his chair !! You should see his wee face when he can reach for his toys !!

While we are talking about births, did anyone's birth plans go to plan? I've had three babies but stuff was never carried out as I'd written down and there were upsets with all three births. It made me wonder what the point of writing them was :o

weirdly, we'd been told so many times that they're barely worth writing, that I only wrote 'planned homebirth, happy to transfer into UHW if any concerns arise'.

and then we had this really textbook labour. exactly 1 cm an hour progression, mostly in the water, pethidine at 8cms. Pushed for 37 mins, no fetal distress throughout.

Controlled crowning-yay, OH cut the cord. Immediate skin to skin. Assisted 3rd stage (what I wanted)....

    Weird!

Just wanted to pop on after yesterday's conversartion to qualify that Millie's Mum is most definitely NOT a builder called Dave (She's a lovely lady with a beautiful daughter and makes a good cuppa lol) :)

    *goes back to lurking*

SJ did you see me ask you about selling your pool on? x

I didn't know you could get them on the NHS with it being cosmetic rather than necessary surgery.

A guy I used to work with, his wife had a TT on the NHS after having twins, but the criteria has been really tightened up since then and you have to have a phsycological (sp) evaluation now so they can assess if you would actually be 'better off' for having cosmetic surgery and if you will they will fund it IYKWIM

Being at the birth of my boys and experiencing it with me helped her get over what she missed and I know she is really thankful that I asked her to be there.
    Thats really nice :A

My first birth I had eclamptic seizures and ended up in ICU and second birth, baby put the shitters up us with getting resused. Birth plans out the window!
Hoping for 3rd time lucky for uneventful birth!

I'm good thanks tia :) I know I havent been on much lately, and hadnt intended on coming on at all till after the kids were in bed, but Jas has been at SILs with Chris the last 2 days and Dylan has slept loads, so I needed something to distract me from housework !!

How is the school thing going? Got all your forms filled in ?
I think Jasmine is going back to her youth as she is having so much fun with the shape sorter !!

No forms till April to fill in. Ha, glad Jas likes it! :D

I've had an exciting day. Eye test - I have better than 20/20 vision even though I can't read road signs. Still lots of hormones from pregnancy affecting my sight.

Then DH treated me to hair cut, manicure and eyebrow wax :D

Then home and the power went out, then came back on... sorta... we had low voltage for 3 hours. I ended up cooking fajitas on a camping stove. Kettle was heating water but not enough to boil it. Finally came back on.

Oh and I bought Amber a new jacket from next, it's soo cute D:

Weezl, Kester is due on my sisters birthday. According to my mother and her way too TMI, I was conceived on my sisters first birthday. Therefore your baby is due on the anniverary of me being conceived.

Thought I'd share that with you!
