i think that BMI stuff is bullcrap anyway .. everyone is different from more muscule to extra skin after losing weight or child birth which could be classed as weight to the untrained eye x
Still searching .....:)

But what you said was amazing Weezl, and I'm very grateful! As for these poor Mums, I so wanna get some banners and stand outside the hospital with you girls!!!Too many children, too little time!!!0

Tara, that hospital sickens me!
Weezl, I forgot to tell you. I was speaking to my friend at the weekend who has a similar problem to you. Her nipples are over sensitive. She went through hell BF her eldest, but she is a bit of a self admitting [STRIKE]BF nazi[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]bonkers[/STRIKE] pro-breast feeder, so she kept going. Anyway. Baby is now 8 weeks old and apart from the initial latch, she is pretty much pain free feeding this time. Thought you would be interested.0 -
Whoops sorry Sugar didnt mean to make you even more  Just thought of you when I read it, due to what your doctor said about Molly xx

No problem
Tara, the YHA has beds from £17.50 a night. Could that be a short term option for those ladies?
I've also found a proper guest house with rooms from £24. It doesn't get great reviews but better than nothing? Also, it's a pretty slow time of year, so if the women are willing to all stay in the same place and explain why they might get a discount?

I've actually stayed at the Washington Hotel. It was pretty manky but very very cheap.
Edit again: number 2 on the list is a two-bed apartment, with three women sharing it would be £40 each, and they might get a discount? And there'd be a kitchen so there'd be no need to rely on the hotel.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Doesn't say much for the governments' 'Breast is best' does it tara?? I'm with SS, I'd got to the news and the papers - it's just shocking!! They're not even giving the mothers a choice about how they feed their babies.Sealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0

Tara - I am so :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Definitely get onto the news - am sure the Government would have something to say aboput a hospital saying they will just give babies formula.
Right, I appear to have forgotten that I only have so many pots and ice cube trays  So I need to wait for this lot to freeze before I can do anymore!
Got a whole bag of pears in the steamer so am hoping to get that into what I have!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

glam sorry no good advice from me tongue tie, but i remember when i had LO that they should might have had it as we had trouble latching but then they said she didn't. hope the recommended bottles may help.
tara - i am not one for confrontation, but my word, that hospital is beyond belief. i would be doing the papers/media thing too..what about a FB group??

That's awful Tara. I agree with others, go to the papers, make a hububb!
BMI is a joke, though I wish mine was lower. 2 weeks and counting and not shifted a flipping pound!!!
My Tesco shop is coming between 7-9 tonight. We'll see, so generous of them to knock the delivery charge off, it was only £3, I spent more than that last night having to go out and get bread, milk and cat food from the flippin garage!
My dad just called me, he got me two trays of eggs. Except I just ordered 15 eggs on my shop and these trays hold over 2 dozen eggs   What am I going to do with over 60 flinging eggs! OH won't eat omelettes!!0 -
