I got nothing for Valentines Day :j:jhubby definitely loves me :heartsmil


I said yesterday that I wanted the Scouting for Girls CD and The Time Travellers Wife on DVD and hubby said I could have them, but not for valentines day :T he passes the test!


Benjamin woke with a deep cut in between his eyes which I assume is self-inflicted *rolleyes* I have attacked him with the nail scissors AGAIN this morning.
Cute things of the day - lots of kissing of the pic of the author in the back of my book (most of the time he won't kiss me ATM and Val McDermid is hardly pretty :mad:) and shouting 'hallo' into his Fisher Price Phone


Silly question - what is the best way to get the black burnt bits off the sole of my iron? I am having to turn the heat down because it keeps sticking to clothes I have tried simply scrubbing with a sponge scourer thingie but it doesn't seem to help

we're having lamb its in the SC and the smell is killing me it smells gorgeous x

See I bought a shoulder of lamb from Tesco and when I cooked it, it tasted greasy, put me right off so I gave it too the cats

I just gorged on all the spring rolls, big bag of crisps and chocolate. Diet tomorrow eh? :rotfl:

BM its val day or rip of day .. which ever its an excuse to treat yourself .. i have my dinner (lamb roast) .. pudding (lemon cheesecake just a small one though) .. and a box of thorntons chocolate with a bottle of sparkling rose ..

Mfd, when you scrub it with the sponge, do you do it while the iron is hot or cold? I always find more come off when the iron is hot... Have to watch your fingers though!
