I really think this whole "discussion" has more than run its course and 99% of its participants (and we observers) are totally sick of it by now. So why can't we just drop it all and move on to our normal fluffiness?

In other news, I thought babies were supposed to sleep more after the 6 week mark? Garrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...

Anyone heard from jha lately (weezl?). Hope she's okay! I think we need some newbies on here - I'm tired of having the youngest baby :p
:T I'm going to be completely honest right now, it may offend some but right now I couldn't give a stuff. Can we all just PLEASE !!!!!! about it and move on? and if anyone is catching up or lurking and considering adding their 2penneth, the moment has passed I/we don't want to know what anyone thinks about something that has been discussed to death for what feels like the last month.

Aless when SJ is back up to posting I'm sure she'll join us in here and then you won't have the youngest :D
Jenny, did you find out about the car seats? We fly with Easyjet in April so I need to know the answer too.... although I still haven't got round to sorting out Davids passport application yet . SAMI - how long did it take for Edgars passport to come back?
Car seats have to go in the hold AFAIK because they're too big to be hand luggage, we took one in Jan but it was our old cheap one that has given to us for Chris, we use a friend of a friend's company to get to the airport and they look after our carseat/s while we're away so put the spare in the hold, used it in switz and then gave it to the rep at the airport to offer to other travellers while over there :D

I got mine and Ed's passports using the 1 week fast track service by going and applying at the passport office, we had our passports in 3 days IIRC. You can use the 2 week fast track option at the PO if your not an idiot that leaves it to the last minute like me :o

Just to say I actually think PMing is a good idea for getting clarification, sometimes someone will say something like "some posters have a short memory" or "someone has too much time on their hands" I have read posts like this and took them as a personal dig at me when they could be talking about someone else.
I know when we do say things like that it's usually because we don't want to say "joe bloggs is doing my head in/being a hypocrite/talking out of their botty" but without directly having a go at them but it can also cause upset to others.
    so in conclusion *shrug* :p

You missed me off your list :( but I am still happy to test - is there anything in particular you would like tested?

I'm really sorry. I posted a few pages back that I knew I'd missed some of you and that when the list went above 50 my brain went into shut down (I'm on about 3 and a half hours sleep every night since Friday night), I'm going to add you now, thank you for reminding me. Please if anyone else should be there, do say! Honestly I'd love more testers, I'm not looking to lose any! :)

Hospital Pals just rang, they are making it official!

Are they making the complaint official or the policy of feeding BFing mums, Tara? I'm a bit confused

you are being brave for just getting up in the morning and facing each hour whatever it may bring. :T

Oscar has his appointment at the children's hospital today, so hoping to get signed off. Feel like they are just checking to make sure I am looking after him. :(.

Well said and good luck with the appointment. Have I said how fabulous a name I think Oscar is? OH mooted it as a middle name for our hypothetical boy and I pointed out that he was giving our son the initials HOG. He retracted it as an option :rotfl:
Perhaps a future boy who won't have the family first name, but if we go by MY family's traditional boy names he'll be FOG :rotfl:

Boogery work issued a metaphorical fire alarm - the publishers have brought our deadline forward from next Friday to tomorrow  so I'm missing the midday meeting to eat some lunch and then try to rally the troops so I'm not left organising everyone's stuff at five-to-deadline tomorrow.

    YAY for Poppie pooping lol

Didn't manage back on last night as i had to entertain OH's friend till he got back then i got distracted talking about Aiden's birth and laughing about the panic's i used to get into with DD when she was his size.

Waiting on the HV, hope she weighs him i'm curious to see if he has put more weight on as he is a good eater.

Those of you that use washable prefold nappies, could you provide a linky for me to let me see what folds you use, i have had little success containing poop explosions and end up having to hand wash the wraps as they get covered, They are fine for Pee no problems with that, all help appreciated.

Beenie :eek::eek: Bet you were glad to hit that pot hole.

Weezle did that message work! sent it to a friend and it didn't, should i re-send it,?

Tigs What's your secret? How did you get an actual RL Virgin tech to come out? Our's crashes/freezes all of the time, and I've tried to call to report it, but keep getting transferred to an 'out of uk' call centre, who don't seem to understand my complaint, and after several times of explaining I lose my rag and end the call.
Well nobody's turned up yet (8-12 slot) ...... But basically I phoned up, said it kept crashing and describing when (coming off standby; stopping a delay pause). Told 'em I rebooted regularly and it didn't solve. And asked for a technician ...... But perhaps they were calling my bluff? *confused smiley*
