Oh heck, Rhys is flirting with a table! :eek: He's on the floor, was playing with his activity cube (we're waiting for his milk to warm up for weetabix actually) and went quiet. I thought the tv had caught his eye but actually he was looking the other way, at a table, smiling coyly at it... :cool:

Three, to be honest I don't think any fold can contain a full pooplosion... Most of the time it goes into the wrap until they're weaned and things firm up a touch... How come you're handwashing the wraps can they not go into the washing machine?

can i have a hug please? i've been up all night throwing up and now i have the dreaded dia woo woo. i feel awful.
hope its something i ate (but dont know what) rather than a bug cos i dont want Kian to get it.

Sorry aless we're at 22 weeks and not much sleep day or night is the norm. Every morining OH says "i'm knackerd, so you must be worse" (because i get up 99.9% of the time). I just see it as the norm now, and would be shocked if i ever felt anything other than knackered.

SIL not yet home, her and baby were being checked for some infection, that either she or baby had when her DD1 was born. Not sure what it was, as this info came from MIL, who can't re-tell a story correctly, ever.-

Will do this tomorrow when off work. "Bl**dy grandparents, honestly you give them a job to do, like look after your baby while you work, then they think they can go off on a girlie break to Nice with friends! I ask you, should this be allowed?

So a day of Mummy and Alex time, trip to doctors for follow up after bloodtest for me, to see if i still need the Iron tablets and then a trip back again in the afternoon to Alex weighed while I have the chance. Will then have to fit in cleaning, ironing and must make myself at least take photos of maternity clothes to list on ebay. SM has spurred be on.

Oh, and OH, left work early at 3.30, because he was soooo tired. But i walked in with both kids at 5.40pm and he was ironing.:eek: :T
Thats twice in a couple of weeks. Some attempts at redemption for doing nothing aound the house are being made.

Tara- glad to hear that PALS are taking your complaint further and woo hoo!!! for the poop!!
i used the TT CTN pump and its brill. do get sore hands though lol!!

32b - i use the newborn fold, but finn has issues pooping regularly so i couldn't say how it is with poopsplosions!

Tara -i use that pump everyday. It's fine once u get the hang of how to get the best flow, but i couldn't imagine using it for every feed long term IYSWIM. Hth

Tara, what is likely to happen with the pump? I exclusively pumped for all of two days with a manual, then had to get an electric. That did the job for a while, but really I should have switched to a hospital grade pump sooner. Will she be able to get a hospital pump soon? Do they have them at the hospital? The sooner a good pump is used regularly, the better her supply will be.

loved that 'one born every minute' last night. cried my eyes out watching it. when they had to do the emer/ c/sect it brought it all back how scared i was etc.
so i have decided, after talking it through with DH that if we do have another, i will ask for an elective section. (well thats the plan, prob change when it comes to making the decision). although DH surprised me as he said he thought i would have to have a c/s anyway as i already had one. (must have read the leaflets they gave us )
