    Morning all,

Came on last night whilst I was in bed, but got caught up reading the BF/FF thread (after earlier posting on it that I wouldn't get involved in the debate), and got quite annoyed and ended up typing a massive post for it. By the time I had almost finished, my laptop battery was dying! Probably just as well as it was turning into a bit of a rant probably and might have gotten a bit personal, which I don't really want to do. Although I see Nicki has posted the link to one of the many threads I had in mind!! Anyway, it meant I never got back on here last night. May yet go back and post, it depends how I feel!

I still have the cold, but it's being made worse by the fact my back has been agony in bed for the past 2 nights, so I have had little sleep. Ended up bringing my pregnancy bump pillow in during the night to see if that would help but not sure if it did. Feeling a bit run down now. I don't know how everyone else copes when they get little sleep!

Holly slept 9.15 - 8.15 overnight. :T At about 11pm, she screamed a bit, so I just picked her up and held her and she was still asleep, then put her back down. There were some other moans etc and then some ripping pumps, so it must have just been wind and a bit of teething. Not much planned for today. Not even showered yet as I went back to bed for an hour after morning bottle when H had her nap. Think I will have a lazy day and get DH to cook tonight since I looked after his friends at the weekend.

caz - parcelbee.co.uk is cheap. £6.49 for UK, up to 30Kg I think.

Aless/Beenie - I got my appointment through the post for H's 6-8 week check. Think it was round about 8 weeks though. Clearly different areas do it differently so I would just ring up Beenie and ask at your GP's. They weighed H and took her length measurements. They got her to follow a toy which they dangled in front of her to check her eyes were developing, and checked her stepping reflex and stuff. Then they just asked me how I was doing and how stitches were etc. All the usual stuff. Mine was only with my GP though, no HV.

We had the 6 week check when Caitlyn went for her first lot of jabs at about 9 weeks.

I use parcel2go.co.uk but not sure if they're only good for international.

Caz, I noticed this company on hotdeals last week:

    http://www.collectplus.co.uk/
