i kinda posted my 'thoughts' and ran this morning but this what bothers me. no-one tells you ANYTHING with formula/express feeding. you're meant to figure it all out....

i do lurve ~KFC as well but i prefer BK as i never get one cos the nearest one is about 15 min drive!!! i can have KFC in bury anytime.
did i tellyou bout the time i was in hospital and i made DH drive to burgerking to get me a whopper cos i had a right craving!! i ate it in the car-park cos you;re not meant to bring food on the ward...

hope oh is abit more understanding... and i dont want to see you posting tomorrow night if BIL is out!!!

reggae reggae sauce isnt hot!! have your tastebuds weakened since you had J???

My biggest thought when I saw the original post about instructions on a tin was 'How would the BF ladies on here feel if I suddenly turned around and said Well it's just a case of sticking the baby against your breast and getting on with it, I can't see why you need support if it's the most natural thing in the world!' (I DO NOT THINK THIS FOR ONE SECOND I AM MERELY USING IT AS AN EXAMPLE. I HAVE BF AND NOW HOW DIFFICULT IT CAN BE) :)
I think unless you have tried something you don't understand how hard it is - in some cases BF and in Feelie's case FF.

Feelie - I Know you have since apologised so I hope you aren't posting because you are busy and not because you are upset :)

KFC wins everytime! BK has minging knobbly fries :p:cool:

Reggae Reggae Sauce is hot (it says so on the bottle!) :p

I put 4 chillis in my last chilli and it was very mild so it's definitely not my tastebuds!

Tara - I am amazed that anything I post is useful to you when you are on Numebr 6!!! (I feel very proud!):)

MDW - No problem! My OH came into town with me for sling meet but he b00gered off while I sat with the ladies! They spied him afterwards though!

Tara (hugs) for you, DD1 and baby x

I have had a !!!!!! day. I slipped on ice this morning and bashed my knee pretty badly, the worst bit was I had hold of Daniel and I kinda threw him on the floor. Luckily DH was with me to pick LO up, he seems to have escaped unscathed, me however has a cut hand and arm a grazed an swollen knee.

I messed up at work because I was so upset and then I heard people talking about me and my weight. Yes I know I need to lose weight (quite alot infact) but it hurts when it's something you've heard and wasn't supposed to.

Then reading some of the posts on here today made me think back to when I had Daniel and my "failings" of not being able to breastfeed (not my words btw).

So if I go quiet for the rest of the night just know I am here just not in the best of moods.

ok...i'll let you off with the chillies...... maybe mine have gotten more tolerant of spicy foods...

and agree with your comment re the bf/ff discussion. i'm glad i had gone to the group as if i;d been online when the comment was posted about 'instructions on tin' i think i would have responded with a lot of swear words....as it was, i was quite hurt by the remark and i know feelie has apologised.

anyway it was nice to 'hear' peoples views on the whole thing and maybe help a surestart centre somewhere have a more open session on all aspects of feeding a baby not just focus on b/f peeps.

gosh its always me who starts these things....last week it was SIL suicide this week its f/feeding not getting support and help...
    i dread next week....
i have too much time to think
