    Morning all x

can't decide whether we should go shopping as I have a bit of money
to spend (got a 3.3% bonus this month :D ) or go somewhere like the zoo or safari park? Decisions decisions??

Safari park, I would imagine it's a wee bit chilly to enjoy the zoo fully.
baked beans in lasanga is lovely .. really packs it out ...

just booked national express tickets for philip to go to london to see his nephew for the first time .. and it cost the grand total of £2.50 :D .. he goes on 10th (of course so i can see you guys on the 9th) and comes back on the 12th ... we're not going london in easter due to zoe learning lessons but i didnt want philip missing out seeing his nephew ... and for £2.50 bargain x

Baked beans in chilli =yes, lasagne= no

That's a bargain trip. Funny, it's cheaper to travel all the way to London than it is to travel an hour to Manchester

Mmm...I managed to get myself & Liam ready and to Mums house in 25 mins. Someone remind to snooze the alarm in the morning and not actually turn it off!!! Liam was awake from 12:50 to gone 2:30 - There didn't seem to be anything wrong and I think he was just making sure we were both still there :(After many attempts to get him back to sleep he slept in our bed, but I ended up on OH side of the bed (hence the alarm) with Liam in the middle and OH on my nice comfy pillow :(

Hi nikkit  welcome to you and Thomas!

Hello nikkit, welcome and congratulations! How are you feeling?

Did I tell you I'd sent the Adelphi Hotel a little note reminding them that they've owed me £129.50 for a year after their fraudulent transaction? I just found a lovely post here on MSE that explained how to complain about it to the bank (their own fraud procedure was a joke) and have just done it! Hopefully I can have my money back ... and then I will spend it.

Edit: oh, and I found my late MIL's crystal pattern that OH wanted to replace, but the champagne flutes aren't the same so I was getting all sorts of headaches and it turns out they're still a current pattern and only $10 each! Shipping is astronomical but if we go to the US it's super simple.

SM baked beans in lasange?! I remeber going to my ex's aunt and uncles when I was pregnant with DS2, they have spag bol every saturday and have done for about 16 years, anyway, they put BB in it and I nearly regurgetated the food, it's the texture i cant handle lol

I know this is going to sound a bit silly, but in the last few weeks, i just keep getting an urge to go to church, then DS1 gets placed into a CofE school, and now he says he wants to go on SUnday, do you think it's a sign lol
  • Welcome and congrats Nikki! :j
