My local tech did night classes in physcologly GCSEs, would that be something that you could do ??

Thanks for that, i think i saw a little poster about a learn direct centre on the notice board downstairs, maybe there is one near.

I cant do night courses, no childcare x

sorry, I siad social scince, but if you have a social care NVQ, think they are teh same.

Well it's neither of those! But i know we charge £50 to change elec meters & £70 to change gas meters UNLESS:
a) you've moved in within the last 3 months and the meter was the previous tenants (cos you're not supposed to be expected to inherit them, but i know other companies don't offer the same, or
b) you've been supplied by the company at any address for at least 12 months (then we can see you're a good customer etc & are likely to stay with us)
In these cases we would change it for free.

I would phone Scottish Power & ask to speak to their Retentions department. Tell them you've been approached by another company & told they would change your meter free of charge if you changed your supply to them, but you don't really want to change if you can help it so would they be prepared to change it free of charge to keep your custom, especially as you've been a loyal customer of theirs for past 3 years.

p.s. Most of the time your correct supplier can get your payments, even if you're using a different key.
