Dora, not heard from you in a while. Are Daniel and DH better now? :)

    Hi Elle,

Yes Thanks they're much better :D I think I've seen enough vomit and diawoowoo this week to last me a lifetime! I'm ok helping out Daniel but had to leave DH to it :( Ended up taking most of the week off as hols. I ended up getting it Friday, so my mum and Dad had Daniel overnight as he was better. Finally we're all on the mend except for MIL as she's now got it :( Oopsie!

Anyone any ideas on how to convince my BF daughter that she likes formula before 8am tomorrow? She has had formula from cartons before, both from mum and from me and been fine but I've mixed her some up from the tin and she won't take it. Wouldn't have any for the 4 hours she was at nursery Thursday either. Tomorrow she'll be there for 8 hours so I really need her to take it.

    Any ideas?

    xx

I'm having the same problem, Caitlyn wouldn't take a carton from a bottle for the CM on Friday. She's had a bottle before ( a few months ago now though). So I tried her earlier with one and she just chewed the teat, but cried when I took it away! Want her to take one because she's going to CMs again on Tuesday. ONly for a couple of hours bbut she'll be there for 5.5 hours when I go back to work. I wondered if changing the type of bottle would help?

    Evening folks. :)

Can someone tell me I don't really want to order pizza for tea... Hubby's fault... He's gone and put the idea in my head... I would have been happy with a toasted cheese sandwhich...

Ooh, got a man coming round soon to pick up my hoover I flogged on eBay... A whole £11.49... Still, better than nothing... And it is a crap hoover...

Yay Becles, glad your bathroom is getting sorted (even if you are doing yourselves!) ds1 never liked nuts/seeds but loves dried fruit, I never really bothered buying them to try with ds2 and neither of them like them still!!! I, on the other hand, am nut crazy:D

I think I have found my car...please if anyone has had bad experiences with this car DO NOT tell me;) only joking....I am getting a Renault Grand Espace:D I have just found it on Auto Trader and am going to phone tomorrow to check it is still there (it is trade) but it is still on the dealer website too so fingers crossed. Only in Liverpool too so nice and close:)

We have Gymbabes tomorrow which finishes at 11.15 so will go straight from there....I really hope it is there still.

Kids are having chicken kievs and micro chips(dh and I are having a curry)...I am trying to empty the freezer to defrost it, not much else in there now, only some steak and some fish cakes which we will have tomorrow.

    Tia what happened?

Almost every small independent shop in the high street has gone bust, most of our customers have lost their jobs or hours have been cut and we were just getting further and further into debt, even if we made it to summer, next year we would be in the same position so its better to just call it quits now. Honestly you walk down our town centre now and it's all big high street chains, a few bagguette shops that change hands every few months and charity shops, pound shops and bright houses.

Not getting back as much as we put in, but something. And I did get free coffee for 7 months :D And I've got a nice new coffee table too.

But woohoo, that till will sell for £50 :D

could u pop a couple of cartons in just in case?

At christmas, J was faffing with his bottles but when he had a carton he drained the lot!
Is it a KIT day tomorrow?

Do you have any EBM you could send in case? If not I would stick a couple of cartons in? To be honest, I would think she will take it when she gets hungry enough, but I know that is absolutely no consolation to you. Hope it all goes okay for you tomorrow.

Thanks Glam, GISI and PP. I have one carton which I've popped into her bag. Will get more if that is a success but a very expensive way of doing it. For whatever reason I can't seem to express, although I've never tried a machine. I figured if I got full enough tomorrow I'd take a bottle with me just incase some was easy to get out. In the past Kezia has always had my milk before it's got to the stage of engorgement but that is something else that might happen tomorrow. Sorry if that's TMI, don't want you all picturing me in the loos expressing. lol
