I've noticed that in my megane (estate), the window sticks. Usually it is fine if you stop and restart the engine. But Ive been waiting for it to !!!!!! up completely. Well, DH has been waiting, its his problem now har har har. Think he said the passenger side window doesn't go down.0

i think i might just stop using the windows lol!!!0

I think that with most other cars, if the motor fails in the window, it just doesn't work. With my Megane, if the motor fails, the window falls right down. And it's a nightmare to get it back up. You have to take the door panel off and tape it up or something. I love my car, but when something goes wrong, it doesn't seem to be easy to repair. Even changing my headlight bulbs is ridiculously complicated! And they both failed at the same time 2 weeks ago. Had to drive up the A77 after 9pm with no headlights!0

See in mine the motor just stops, usually the window is down by a few inches at this point. So when I stop, turn the engine off and restart it, it will usually be fine. Or it needs help tp go up and youve got to pull, which I think is what happened last time.
I've not changed a front lamp, only back ones and they were easy to change.
doesn't everybody drive up the A77 with no headlights? lol!
where about are you Fitzio? (Ive asked before havent I?)0 -
I'm in Motherwell/Lanarkshire. DH's family are in Prestwick/Killie.
Have we not heard from MM/Tara tonight? Hope they are ok! Maybe Tara has escaped her handcuffs and is exacting revenge on MM by making her clean her house.0 -

maybe mm is recovering
I'm off to bed now, tired girl.0 -
