Is the silvercross 3d any good? Theres one going cheap near me that has been relisted a few times.
Is it parent facing?
And I quote..Need help, must not spend any more money, no excuses, I have the pram and highchair I wanted, DD has dresses enough but poor DH is going grey! If you see me on eBay, remind me about poor Peter being robbed to pay Paul.
You don't need it!Do you think the parents who use Calpol at the first sign of a sniffle are also more likely to obsessively disinfect and do other stuff associated with interfering with immune development/asthma/allergies? Or that sickly children get more Calpol?
I wonder.
I think parents who calpol at the first sign of a sniffle are making their child immune to it and not educated enough!
DD1 was very very ill until she was 3.5.. they thought she had cystic fibrosis her chest was so back.. she rarely had calpol and ended up resistant to most AB's.. I stopped her having any medicines.. she had a terrible terrible chest infection/pneumonia and was ill for about 3 weeks.. She is now almost 16 and is rarely ill.. if she does get ill it sits on her chest still but she was the sickliest baby/toddler I'ver ever known in my life!!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

i think there is a link between obsessively using 'kills 99% of bacteria' products and colds, allergies etc
they must kill 'good' bacteria as well. half of building an immune system is getting the germs to be able to fight them off. hence there is so many variants of the cold virus, but you never have the same cold virus as once you get it you are immune to it.
i do think the cleaner you have everything the more exposed you are to germs (if that makes sense) the best example to me is headlice they only go to clean hair and dont like dirty hair. so there must be other germs/bacteria that do the same'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
no, its not parent facing. Boo!!!0

You do know poor Peter has starving little babies.. Just like Tiny Tim.. because he has been robbed so many times he cannot afford to feed them!!!??
Loola's are horrible, I could have told you that!!! I used mine about half a dozen times and threw it on ebay... it was one of the first pink ones they made..Tiddles never looked comfy in it! What pushchair have you got now?
I have the bertini bidwell.. wonderful, solong as you don't want to keep heaving it into the car.. and the M&P P3 for throwing in the car.. I'd never even consider anything else! .. Though I did LOOK at the Britax .. something or other cos the car seta will clip on it.. but then I wouldn't ever use a car seat on a buggy anyway as they are not healthy so it was just a silly moment!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

(Google does unit conversion so I typed "14.9kg in lb" and it told me the answer.)
1kg is quite a big change but if you're using bathroom scales, the difference could be down to inaccuracy of the scales. Also if she's just been ill, that could be a significant factor - I lost about half a stone when I had flu a few years ago.Any question, comment or opinion is not intended to be criticism of anyone else.2 Samuel 12:23 Romans 8:28 Psalm 30:5

Hi all
Hope everyone is well
I heard Tars good news :j:j Soo happy for you all :T:D
Well we were at the peadiatrician today and he wanted to check if Dylan could feed himself finger food yet, and all he had in the office was a box of biscuits and he gave Dylan a choc chip cookie  You have never in your life saw a baby lunge towards a biscuit as fast in your life :rotfl: I laughed and said that isnt normal medical practise is it?? And he said, no not really, but hes one of my favourites and it wont do him any harmI like our doctor :T
He now weighs 8.9kg so 19lbs 6 :j Finally putting on a good amount of weight although still being very very sick, so we have had omeprazole dose doubled for the next 3 months and we are to go back.
Other than that, he said something that made me feel weirdHe said at the end that he is doing really well and he never imagined him being able to do half the stuff he is when he first saw him ........ its things like that that make me realise just how sick my baby boy actually was and how far he has come !!
Sorry that was an essay !!
Hope you are all well and ((hugs)) where needed
Can someone catch me up ??The two best things I have done with my life

I think you hit the nail on the head there.
I read the article to DH - hope it sinks in as he's definitely the "take medicine & go to the doctor for every little thing" sort. He seemed interested, so hopefully he'll remember the 1st time Finn is sick
