Beanie, I've never been able to lose weight by just saying I'll eat less. If I do that then I'm more hungry cos I don't feel full, so I eat more, my stomach stretches and it takes more to fill it so I eat more... It's best just to change what you eat to start with, and in the right proportions. Over a day you should have a third fruit and veg, a third carbs, and a thir split between protein, dairy and fats (fats can be cut more). It's easier than it sounds. Oh, and don't deny yourself anything, you'll want it more and end up bingeing, or at least I do.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
  • Evening all,

Just had a very nice tea - smoked haddock, sweetcorn, corgettes and peppers. Yummy!

Do I or don't I have some ice cream?
