  • Hi all,

    Managed another NSD yesterday, so 4/15 for feb. :j:j:j

    Money Fritter
    DFW#972 LBM2 (09/07/12) £25938.84; Current £23783.35;

  • Well done everyone, I managed another NSD yesterday, it is a lot easier when I don't have the car as we live in the middle of nowhere, so no temptation.

    Morning all - planning a NSD today having sneakily agreed to OH using his car this evening when we travel to Hairy Bikers (very excited) - this obviously makes sound MSE sense anyway as his is far more economical to run than mine - however I am literally on fumes and don't want to spoil a potential NSD day by having to put diesel in - see what I did there!

    ps what does IYSWIM mean - know am going to regret asking as it'll be sooooo obvious but have wracked my brain and it's now starting to bug me! :o

  • morning everyone, my total is up to an exciting 7!! i'm proud (although to be fair it's not as if i can spend any money anyway, as there is none there!) i'm hoping for another one today, but i think i've officially got to do a food shop (last one was about 3wks ago!) so may have to spend today, will update tomorrow / later..

    and i love spinach :D thanks for the recipe, butti :) i flutter in and out of full-blown anaemia, so it's a good thing for me to try and include where i can in meals..

  • I can declare another NSD yesterday, and I'm expecting one today as well (although will pop by later/tomorrow morning to say whether or not I succeeded). Will update my signature as I don't remember how many I've had - I think yesterday was number 4, though.
  • Morningn all,

    Oh, are you going to see the HB at the Lowry? We were at the Trafford Centre a couple of weeks ago and they were there signing books. We ran out of time to stay and see them but I wish we could have done. Have really enjoyed the series.

    Forgot to say, no NSD for me today. Had to buy some groceries. On the plus side though I used my Debit card and I walked home from supermarket (35mins away). x
    Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    Everyone had different NSD rules. Mine are: debts, bills I have to pay, rent, travel and travel expenses (like a railcard or stuff for my bike that isn't just tat) and one breakfast/lunch a week at uni. Oh and food.

    And on that note, can I add an NSD please? Had to get bike bits (exempt) and need to return one and get the cheaper model - the £1 refund will go into my pot.

    ** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

    I do it all because I'm scared.
