eta eta spotting after ov is a good sign as may be implantation?

I tested a teensy bit early (I know) but BFN. That makes me 3 cycles in with CBFM and part of the unlucky 19% or whatever.

Hi cleo

DPO is days past ovulation, it's a count used to determine when AF (your period) should be due - usually 14 days after ovulation.

Is it more accurate to count 14 days dpo then instead of counting from cd1 to determine when your period is due?

So is the best time to do a pregnancy test when your period is late, ie 14 dpo! or can you determine pregnancy before this? I know there's hundreds of tests out there!

only if you have a textbook cycle, I think.

Wait till Friday!!!
You are not in the 19% since you used CBFM straight after your mc (too early). I'd say this is your first proper cycle;)
