    So ladies, if I'm CD14 and have cycles between 28 - 31 days when should I be testing? (Dohh!)
    CD31 if you can wait that long:D (I know I can't).
    Use cheap tests at first, like Superdrug ones before using digital as digital ones are less sensitive;)

    FF - I would hold out until Friday if you possibly can. Although it is always awful when AF shows especially when you are hopeful, it is truly horrible to get a BFN and so if you can hold off to Friday it may be best - but I understand how difficult that will be.

    Teenie & Murray - hi cb's :wave::wave::wave:

    Teenie - hope you get to bd tonight. I bd on Sunday afternoon and got peak yesterday but OH was too tired as didn't get until late - am planning to try and bd tonight which will be the second peak!

    whowants2brich - good luck with the scan this afternoon - will be keeping my fingers crossed - do let us know how it goes.

    Iainsmum - hugs for the witch getting you.
  • Hi everyone, I'm back off my holidays!

    Well I have just read back and great news - 4 BFP's!!!

    CD20 for me and a big fat PEAK:j on the CBFM. Have DTD already, we were so excited!! (TMI but I laid with my legs up for an hour afterwards so fingers crossed!)

    DUSTY: This is my first month of using the CBFM and so far I have got through 14 sticks so I think this must be normal.

    Welcome to any newbies, hope your stay is short :)

    Afternoon ladies, CD23 for me and guess what....
    :j:jBFPEAK:j:j
    Very excited, and we BD'd this morning too.......even though it is late in my cycle (normally CD31) it's not likely I'll get a sticky bean (I need to either ov earlier or get my luteal phase longer) but at this moment I'm just happy to be oving...woo hoo.....what will I be like if I ever get a BFP? :rotfl:

    fantafan, I'm not clued up enough to give advice on when to test, but just wanted to add that your post even made me feel excited reading it, wishing you all the luck for your bfp :)

    Bless. I hope it is a BFP. I'm on the 4th maybe 5th go of the CBFM but have only DTD to be in with a chance two months...albeit last month and this....you're not the only one gratefulforhelp!

    great tip ladies, I haven't got any pg tests yet but will invest in some of the cheaper ones to begin with. I've been using LH test strips and am a little reserved about these working or not to determine when I ov. but as its only cycle 1 for me I guess I've got a lot to find out along the way. :)
