Been reading in the Torygraph about Zita someone-or-other who is this fertility guru and is going on about how we need to take a holistic view, including taking care of our health/weight/stress levels and BD 3 x per week regardless of fertile window. She also says that stress in men reduces sperm quality as it supresses testosterone levels. Thought I would share.

Had a lovely day swimming and barbecue and only an hour's work.

It's my 2nd cycle using cbfm, last cycle I got high on cd's 7&8 and then peak but this cycle I am on cd8 but no sign of a high yet, so not sure what's going on!

I do feel a wee bit sad reading the SK/Quaver posts. I think it best to put a line under it and I'm sure neither party is meant to upset in any way. We're all in this together and at different stages. It's hard not to get jealous at those who say "I'm trying, aged 18 and a week later they're pregnant. This forum is our sanctuary because we can't be obsessive with anyone else! (well, for me anyhow). I think honesty is the best policy when going to the docs...for me, although we've "tried" since October, we've never DTD at the right time til this month. I'll go armed with the info if need be but I'm going to give it 6 cycles where I have tried and BD at the right time. (I'm nearly 34 and DH a drinker remember...although with my short luteal phase at the mo I may be the problem).

My Luteal Phase....

I am taking Vitamin B and have been for a week...not sure if it will work this month but I guess I am 6dpo but I was figuring that if I was going to come on soon then why not. Hey, I might get lucky so fingers crossed. I'm guessing I was the fat lady singing already but maybe I need to hold the song til next week then if AF shows up I'll start singing coz it ain't over til then. CBFM has started flashing M just to remind me. We should give them a nickname.....mines going to be called Charlie.

Weather turned out nice here from a cloudy start so have been sunbathing in back garden again (topless naughty!). DH is away so been to a party tonight and just back on the sofa warming up - doesn't the temp drop about 9???

i have a random question and im not sure if i even know whether anyone would have a clue? ok for last few months ive been cd31 fairly regular - today is cd29 and tmi - had very pale pink cm when I wipe ? Only dtd from cd21 onwards.... which im thinking is too late to concieve? but never noticed it before..... im thinking af doing a different thing this month? anyone???
